I absolutely love the yoga sculpt classes. I am almost 50 , and I know I am getting strong!!
In the over two and half weeks that I have decided to reignite my yoga journey I have been beyond thrilled to practice at kitsap hot yoga. Every instructor I have met has been so incredibly kind and given me something extra to take off of my mat at the end of each class. I am so thrilled to see my growth as I continue to strengthen my mind and body and am so grateful to have found kitsap hot yoga! <3
