Rachel was a very enthusiastic compassionate leader to our candle cacao ceremony - both my husband and I loved it. Her demeanor and spirit made us both feel very comfortable and welcomed even tho we were complete novices. We were touched by her and grateful for the experience
I had never done any yoga before but I agreed to attend a class with my sister in law and I just really loved what my body could do and just felt really great! I hope to be able to work some more classes into my budget!
