Instructor was amazing and so was class!!!! Great for a beginner like me!
Chelsea is my favorite teacher! This is a new workout type for me and she has been very patient in teaching and guiding me through the process! She also keeps classes challenging and helps us strive to do better! I also love how she reminds us to breathe throughout our workouts as I have a tendency of holding my breath, especially during difficult workouts.
Hot Yoga Largo is the only place I enjoy going to for hot yoga!
Every teacher there is amazing. All of the classes are great. I really enjoy going there.
