Uplifting, encouraging environment with challenging workout routines
The room was too hot. I have taken hot yoga classes in the past where the instructor opens the door periodically to let in a breeze for a few minutes. It was a very full class and it was too much. I also do not care for the bathroom being in the yoga room. But I loved the instructor and the small community feeling.
Heather is amazing. Those cool clothes at the end of practice make all the sweating worthwhile!
I love Hot Yoga Largo for instructor Lana. She is top! I started attending over 10 maybe more years ago because of her. Every single class she teaches is amazing. She creates an incredible experience. She gets everyone engaged. She makes each person feel important & helps us get stronger. 💪🏼😍
