Very welcoming, fun, approachable class for a newbie
Hot Yoga has the best yoga instructors and the studio is intimate with tons of energy. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and the classes are tough but make you feel fantastic when you're done! It's my favorite part of the day when I get a class done.
