The yoga instructor last now is very good she come.to her students and make sure there not in a compromising position she also gave the alternates to sustain injuries and she has a beautiful sport 💜✨🦋

Lana is the best instructor I have ever had. I've been practicing for over 10 years. She brings the heat and pushes us every single class. She knows how to make it challenging but fun. 10/10 recommend!
