Class was fun and the instructor gave us lots of variations for poses.
It was a fantastic experience where I felt safe and open to healing :)
I love Matt’s classes. Steven is great but needs to chill and add variations to his all level classes and do less crow arms. Maybe he can gage the room better. Thx
