Clean, zen space. Excellent, grounded teachers. Peaceful and tranquil energy. The tea at the end of class is a beautiful touch. I've tried a lot of differentyoga studios and Namaste is the only one that stays true to the real Heart of Yoga. Thank you for not making yoga some exercise routine. Thank you for keepingyoga about opening the heart and making still the mind. Namaste!!
