Great class with consistent flow and motivating music!!
It just really is a place to go for a good workout and to leave mentally and emotionally in a better place than when you entered. The instructors are truly amazing people .
It was my first class and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and energy from the moment I entered the studio. I felt welcome and the front desk attendant was very energetic. I love that the studio offers tea and an option to relax post class. Such a great studio!
