• My comments are all based on pre-COVID life. Everyone who works at the gym is friendly, welcoming, and positive. I love the variety of classes, variety of class times. I look forward to getting back inside for the continuous inspiration and variety of workouts. For now, I am grateful for the outdoor parking lot workouts!

• I love the boutique nature of the gym and the fact that there is a variety of classes so you aren't pigeonholed into just spin or just yoga. All the instructors are very encouraging and make sure the classes strike a good balance between motivating, difficult, but also amenable to different fitness levels, injuries, or limitations. I feel comfortable walking into a new type of exercise or working with a new instructor which is not the cases in all gyms.
