• I was a somewhat reluctant to step foot into the gym particularly during this Covid Time Frame but Flow Fitness has done a tremendous job in making the work out environment feel safe as well as clean. This is probably one of the best gyms that I've ever been to and would definitely recommend if you were considering a neighborhood gym!
