• Everyone at Flow is so welcoming. I love that the schedule and classes are always changing based on feedback. I have attended a lot of different gyms and Flow is the best. I never walk into Flow and feel awkward of out of place.

• Flow is great for people who love fitness classes and variety. The instructors are great, there's a bunch of classes available, and the gym is (in my experience) never crowded. The folks at the front desk are always really friendly and helpful. The facilities and equipment are very nice. Overall, no complaints, I really like it here. :)

• Kristi’s yoga class was awesome! She is so kind, energetic and lovely. She explains things very well and was helpful in offering adjustments I needed. This was the best yoga class I have every taken.

• From walking in, the experience was extremely positive! The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful, getting me checked right in. The locker room was clean and comfortable. The gym equipment was high-quality with tons of space to do whatever exercises / lift you wanted to. Overall just a great experience - will definitely be back!
