My friend and I both have shoulder issues. Troy was kind enough to tailor the stretches for us. Great class!
I am very out of shape and also have RA. I was a little nervous about being judged for probably not being able to keep up. Everyone was so nice and positive. It was a lot a lot of fun. I would love to come back.
Exceeded expectations
It was a great class. Jazz was a sweet and helpful instructor. I'm a bigger girl and it was an awesome experience even though I was not able to do all the poses. It was a awesome experience and I will for sure be back!
It was a good sized class and the instructions were great.
Class was very beginner friendly, I got the workout and stretch that I needed. I in particular appreciated the speed of it, I didn't feel behind and I felt very capable of doing the poses, actions, etc.
