It was my first class and the instructor was patient and kind. I'm 68 so I really wasn't sure what to expect but I definitely would go again.
Troy was fabulous! Relaxed atmosphere with just the right level of push. My only issue is that you only offer this class once a week and I already have conflicts for the next two weeks. Any chance you can add additional classes? Thanks!
