Elevate Yoga Center is an absolutely amazing environment to experience the union of mind, body, and spirit through yoga. The teachers are knowledgeable, respectful, caring, and each unique in charming ways. I am very grateful to have a center in my community. Been attending for 4 yrs and love the atmosphere and classes. Currently I attend Troy's stretching class on thurs afternoons and it is my go to! He is a wonderful teacher and very unique. I'm a fan of yin and restorative. Nikki is another fav of mine.
