I've never done aerial yoga before. The instructor helped me through every movement - posture. It was very relaxing.

I was early and would have appreciated a more comforting spot to sit and wait for the class to start

I really liked the class and the instructor was very helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. But, I did feel a little cramped in the studio, waiting area, and there weren't enough storage cubbies for everyone
