Fantastic classes and the instructors are the best! Being there feeds your mind, body and soul. I love it.
The teacher was amazing, super challenging class, very clear, upbeat, great music, and very friendly!
Instructor was very nice and encouraging. I am coming back to hot yoga after 5 years and an injury so I really appreciate it. The nice smelling cold towels at the end are a great touch too
