The instructor was very friendly and kept watch over me during class to make sure I was following along and understanding what to do. She also helped adjust my straps which I was clueless with. The studio was clean and welcoming. I also enjoyed the playlist during class and how the lighting wasn’t too bright and unflattering

Michelle is an awesome instructor and I love the vibe of the Elev8 community. I got a great workout, it went by so fast because I had fun the entire time. Can't wait to take another class at Elev8 Hot Yoga!
