Suny was very knowledgeable and skillful in all areas of the practice. She emphasized the safety of her students and helped us with correct posture. I believe that Suny is an excellent teacher, showing enthusiasm for her work with great spirit. I love to attend the hatha basic yoga! Also, the studio was conducive.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted by staff who walked me through all the ins and outs of their studio. Members leaving the studio from previous classes were stopping me personally to say I was going to love it. Instructor was supportive and encouraging and classmates were quick to welcome me, answer questions and congratulate me for surviving the class. What an amazing experience! And all due to the positive environment that’s been created at Elev8!!!
