Truly a great experience, the instructor really worked us hard but at same time kept up so motivated. After my class ppl jus took me in encouraging me to keep working hard and not to give up (since it was my first class) and I jus loved the encouragement and the whole atmosphere!
Fantastic classes and the instructors are the best! Being there feeds your mind, body and soul. I love it.
The teacher was amazing, super challenging class, very clear, upbeat, great music, and very friendly!
