It was my first visit to Dragonfly Hot Yoga Studio and I was immediately impressed by the space. It was big, clean, and very welcoming. The receptionist, Lizzie, was excellent and shared helpful information for my first class. She also introduced me to Freddie, the instructor. His class, Yang & Yin, was a great reintroduction to hot yoga practice, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Afterward, I signed up for the new student special. I am excited to restart my practice with Dragonfly. Thank you!

The ambiance is the best, exposed brick walls, being downtown, pretty artwork, smells good. I just love the vibe. Instructors are all great & attendees are all welcoming and happy. It's a nice place to be and I always feel great after a hot class.
