The staff and instructor were so friendly and helpful (special shout out to Phil!). It was my first time at DragonFly yoga and I hadn't done a hot yoga class in over a decade. Phil was so kind and let me know it was okay to rest or even take a few moments outside of the room if needed during the class - zero judgement. He was a wonderful instructor and the class was challenging but still so much fun! He also had a great playlist. The facilities and equipment are clean, and the space is aesthetically pleasing, and just had great vibes overall. It was a great way to spend an hour on my birthday with a friend!

This was my very first yoga experience ever and I really really enjoyed the experience and felt completely comfortable. I also thought the hot yoga space was beautiful. Finally, the instructor was very easy to follow and understand, even for someone like me, who has zero experience. Extra note💕I took that one class and afterwards I genuinely felt like I have been missing out on something I never realized before. It was one of the only times I can remember that after an "exercise" class I felt that there was a real value added to my life, so thank you!
