The studio is a perfect place to take classes - very, very clean and conducive to yoga practice. The instructor is very experienced and encouraging and makes a personal connection with each person. The extra touch of essential oil on the wrist to start the class is wonderfully relaxing.

Dragonfly is such a welcoming space for yogis of all levels. Modifications are always given and teachers are so supportive and positive. There's such an emphasis on fitting the pose to your body, not your body to the pose. I love it here!! My peaceful place!
