Allie was an incredible teacher. Embody was just what I needed. I'm also pregnant and loved having her as a guide since she is as well. I haven't been feeling the most empowered lately and that truly brought tears to my eyes by the end of class. Thank you so so so much I can't wait to take one of allies classes again

This studio is a true gem in the heart of Fredericksburg. I have been attending classes here for a few years now and I can honestly say that I have never been to a class that I didn't enjoy and benefit from. I have finally found a fitness program that I look forward to. My body and mind feel so much stronger because of it. Thank you Dragonfly!

The staff are so welcoming, the studio so clean and inviting, the instructors are wonderful and diverse in skill/style, the cold towels with lemongrass are amazing, and app is easy to use to book!
