• Cryology is a full service wellness center with many options to choose from. Reasonably priced, very accommodating and friendly. My visits are always pleasant.

• I’m a Golfer and have started using the Cryology facility in Bayside recently. Golf provides a lot of wear and tear on the body. The combination of the full body and local treatments really alleviates any post golf stress to your body. • I have one major weakness on my 62 year old body; my severely osteoarthritic knees from nearly 30 years of obsessive tennis on hard courts. After purposelybrutalizing my knees by playing 4 straight days of intense tennis (something I rarely do anymore at my age because of poor recovery) I went with my friend toCryology Bayside for the very reasonable initial visit price of $25. Very pleasant atmosphere but most importantly the stiffness and soreness that I had beforeentering the booth was practically eliminated by the end of the 3 minute cryotherapy session. My knees felt even better the following day which was a restday. The next day my tennis session was more pain free than usual. I will continue to do Cryotherapy for at least 3 more months to see how much better myknees feel.
