• Been coming to Cryology bayside since it has opened and can't say enough about how exceptional the service is!! Definitely recommend the Full Body Cryology treatment for aches and pain. The Sauna is also very relaxing and helps one detox. The staff is very friendly and educated on any questions brought to them. Highly recommended to anyone !

• Wow! This place is amazing. When my tennis elbow acts up, I head over to Cryology for a 5 minute isolated area cryotherapy treatment and get instant relief of the pain. I am so glad you opened another location in Bayside.

• I’m a 57 year old man, and I’ve been pounding on my joints and muscles for 40 years!Through some relentless, vigorous training and extreme sports , my body is finally showing signs of wear and tear . Although I’m new to cryotherapy, my body is responding rather quickly to the therapy, i feel I am recovering from muscle spasms,, fatigue, and joint pain a lot more quickly than other therapies I have tried. I love sports, and I love competing ,I was searching for something for a long time to give me an edge so I could continue training on a high level for another 10 to 15 years. Cryotherapy could be the miracle I’ve been searching for!
