• The process of Cryotherapy and the full benefits was relatively new to me but the staff at this location , Taylor, was highly informative and patient to provide all the information I needed to know. The environment was very clean and calming. It was my first time doing cryotherapy and it was a very pleasant experience, I would highly recommend!

• I came upon cryotherapy by accident but it was the best therapy For my sacroiliitis and herniated disc issues. It’s only 3 minutes and yes it is cold but it works! Highly recommend!

• No wait at all to be seen and staff were very courteous and helpful! They are always happy to answer any questions and/or concerns you may have. My son sprained his ankle during basketball and after just 1 session of the local cryotherapy, the swelling disappeared! Yes, after a couple of hours, the swelling and pain was gone!
