  • I am an athlete who works out five days a week with heated high intense interval training, and toning classes. I lead an active life style and spend little time sitting. I also do physical therapy 1-2 x per month to fine tune. I do not get sore muscles easily. I am very sore today (in a good way) in my abdominal; today it is an effort to cough or laugh! I have increased shoulder mobility. I feel I worked all of the fine deep layered muscles of my back. I stretched and lengthened my side body. My quads are sore on a deeper level. I felt oxygenated during class. I feel like these see muscles were activated due to lots of tactile assistance during class and prescriptive coaching from a master.

  • Sarah is an amazing teacher; she is intuitive, sweet and will give you a good butt kicking! She's great at instructing what muscles to focus on and activate! I highly recommend this class because it is a relaxing and yet a great workout! 🙏🏽🤗💖💕 Thankyou Sarah! 💜
