Meghan's class was great and just what I needed as my intro to reformer Pilates (never took previously) she was incredibly helpful and attentive to a new student and I appreciated her guidance and support.
Nancy our instructor is great. She took the time to help all the new comers including myself. Great class, I will feel it in the am but that’s okay!
