I really enjoyed Fridays class. It was such a fun combination of challenging and routine favorites. I loved the amount of progressions and modifications available. I thought there were such a good balance of verbal cues and hands on corrections
This Pilates studio was one of the best I've ever been to. The instructors are terrific, and the participants are very friendly. Can't wait to see the new studio! Whenever I'm in town from Chicago, I show up.
Because you all rock! The nature of the studio and mission attract like minded folks and we have a good laugh while we're toning our bodies.
