Kelley is an excellent teacher! She's always very careful that we don't over do it and offers modifications of the exercises if needed.
Kim gave me her undivided attention and elicited optimal movement patterns. Her knowledge base is expansive and it shows!

It is a safe environment to get together with others. The instructors are excellent. I always feel better when I leave than when I arrived.
Karen's personality was welcoming. Her set up and cueing for each exercise was easy to follow. The exercises were effective. I hope to join in again soon.
