Because I get an excellent workout. The instructor keeps me working continuously the whole hour. By the end of the session I'm worn out without being sore or injured.
BTW, when you respond so quickly my phone doesn't signal that you've responded. That's why I'm so delayed in responding.
Body lines in Harvard MA is unbelievable. The instructors are wonderful and well educated and patient. The equipment is brand new and the facility could not be any cleaner and Covid protected. I highly recommend you check this place out.
