Excellent and thoughtful instruction.
Kelley is an excellent instructor. Because of her physical therapy education and background, she's an expert at understanding my physical limitations and modifying the exercises for me. She always adds a personalized touch to my workouts.
The location is big, bright and clean. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. They make exercising fun! (I didn't think ANYone could do that) 😉
