Great studio with knowledgeable instructors and friendly clientele
This class used the foam roller and band for props. Made the exercises more fun and got deeper into posture poises!

It is always a great experience. Instructors are attentive and welcoming. Others in the class are friendly and fun. Working out is never a slog at Bodylines. Makes it easier to motivate myself to go.
I feel so good after class. It is changing me physically and mentally. I love the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. And the teachers are all amazing! Meghan and Louise are so engaging, sweet, and patient. I am so thankful to have Bodylines so close to me!
