Louise is an excellent, patient teacher! I walked into my first reformer class with some trepidation as I am soooo out of shape right now! Louise and my classmates were so warm, helpful, and reassuring. Although the reformer presented me with some slightly awkward challenges, the workout left me completely energized and feeling stronger in just one session. I am really looking forward to next week’s session!
I always feel so well taken care by my excellent instructor ( Karen Luchini) and the studio. It's relaxing, clean, super stylish. All safety protocols are being followed. It's really a wonderful experience. Thank you. ❤️
