Mary was very knowledgeable. She explained things vey wel. She very helpful with different positions to adapt to my shoulder limitations She narrowed in on areas I need more flexibility. I was very pleased with my first visit and look forward to next week.
Lessons are on time, facility is clean and yoga instructors are all amazing , giving instructions clearly
