I am so thankful for Mary . No one else leads such a complete physical and spiritual class.
Excellent class
My boss practices yoga rheee and she asked me to go with her. I’ve had a really tough year in my personal life. And, this class is just what I needed. I feel more calm and focused. I’ll be back!
Karley is a wonderfully optimistic presence in the studio, and it's impossible to take her class without sharing her joy.
