Karley's workshops are so empowering. She puts so much effort and intention into them and speaks so well throughout the session. I also really appreciate all the workshop options that Bliss offers. I'm not able to come to regular classes during the week, but I love to go to workshops because they feel like something special I can do for my selfcare.
