Mary is very experienced with the practice of yoga. She is clear and compassionate with every instruction. She is also very creative in her approach to the asanas. I always feel so taken care of, as well as challenged, in her classes..actually all the classes at Bliss!
My daughter is taking the teen series yoga class and always has such a positive and fun experience.
