Love the classes and instructors are the best. One suggestion for the Livestream classes is to check the volume. I'm having a very hard time hearing some of them. they can't just speak louder because it doesn't fix the problem.
Easy to navigate website. Friendly staff that make every level of yogi feel at ease without judgments. Easy check in and check out. Great classes.
I’ve been coming for about 1.5 months and taking Roxanne’s yin classes and they have been beyond wonderful. She creates such a healing environment and has great experience with props to help get into posses that really releases body tension. Recommend to so many friends to go here!

The restorative yoga and reiki workshop with Rochelle was great. The only thing I wish was different is the noise from surrounding restaurants. The bass from the music is a little distracting.
