The beginners class is GREAT. I have enjoyed the 2 or 3 yoga classes I’ve attended in my life but obviously it’s hard to keep pace and know if I’m doing the right things without really learning it a first time. This class has been at a great, slow pace but still provides a bit of a workout as well.

Sarah's class was as amazing as always! This studio provides a wonderful mix of yoga excellence and serenity.
I enjoyed everything about this Gentle Flow class. The atmosphere was friendly, calm and peaceful. Megan set the tone by reading a poem about letting go of the negative burdens in our lives. She spoke clearly and gave instructions that were easy to follow. There was a mix of gentle stretching with a short series of standing poses that most beginner yogis know how to do. I left feeling uplifted, relaxed and refreshed. Thank you, Bliss Body Yoga!
