Sara is an amazing teacher and she always gives a class that offers restoration, peace and wellness! The studio is a tranquil and positive space for practice and I always benefit from my time there.
Love the classes and instructors are the best. One suggestion for the Livestream classes is to check the volume. I'm having a very hard time hearing some of them. they can't just speak louder because it doesn't fix the problem.
Easy to navigate website. Friendly staff that make every level of yogi feel at ease without judgments. Easy check in and check out. Great classes.
