Jen is amazing and her class is always so well-paced. She gives great cues that really help me get into the posture. I love how she continually focuses on matching breath to movement. I need that reminder!

Great class, great teacher, convenient, received the link promptly, and it was just what I needed! It was a perfect gentle yoga class-not too strenuous but not too easy either. I would love to have (paid) access to the recording of that class. Will it be added to your on demand library. If so, what will the title be? Thank you
I enjoyed the class with my daughter! I learned a lot about meditation and the importance of yoga for my physical and mental health. I had fun practicing physical poses!
