Instructors are very warm and welcoming. Enviornment is safe and inviting. Classes are challenging and restorative.
Roxanne is a great vibe. Articulate cueing. The time flies by but it always feels like a complete practice. Unrushed, but dense. I'll continue to come back when I can!
