It was a great experience. I enjoyed the room and time relaxing and connecting with my aunt. I could see going to the room with my husband for the salt air and heat. I feel like it is calling me this winter. My nose felt clearer from the salt and the heat was manageable. I was able to turn up my side of the room. My muscle enjoyed the warmth. I would try again.

I'm a huge fan of Awaken! I am currently seeing Marcia for massage. She has helped with my range of motion due to frozen shoulder. I have also done breath workshops in the salt room. Very cool experience!
