Great first session, I did the infrared sauna and the salt therapy. The staff was extremely personable, and well-informed about the whole process. I did not feel awkward or uncomfortable for one single moment. Supplies were clean and furnished without me asking, and the room was clean and comfortable as well. The whole experience was very pleasurable, I had more than a few relaxing moments and didn't think I would be able to with it being my first session. Excellent facility!

"I have been going to Marcia in the last year. She is very knowledgeable on how the body works and what is needed to get the "kinks" out of my body. I have seen great improvement in overall body pain level, especially in the lower back and neck areas. I have found significant relief since going there. Awaken For Wellness is an excellent place to go for healing and meditation with the services that they provide. I did a 90 minute float and it was an amazing experience! The staff is very thorough and helpful prior to the float while explaining some of the do's and don't. He covered everything and I wasn't caught off guard by anything. Facility is clean and professional looking. Highly recommend!

I love this place! For one, I love the sessions are an hour long. Somesessions. That’s really not enough time to relax and get the fullbenefit. I visited Awaken For Wellness for the first time yesterday. I used the float pod. It was my first time doing sensory deprivation and it was a powerfulexperience. Very mind and soul cleansing. I will be back for sure.

Awaken for Wellness is an oasis of peace and relaxation every time I visit. Everything is so sparkling clean, new, and comfortable, and they have thought of every detail that guests might need during their visit - then taken it a step further. Forget Q-Tips? They haven't. Saline? They've go it. Hair ties? Yup. Anti-microbial wipes? Organic and lavender! Then, to make sure people keep coming back (AND the most important part of any business), the staff makes everyone feel at ease and comfortable - explaining how things work (where lights are located in pods, how to change heat settings in IR, etc.) your first visit and every visit. I'm a customer for life! A+@

When I first walked in, I was impressed it was extremely clean and refreshing! I was greeted by Luke who was friendly and knowledgeable about all their services and products. Nice neighborhood. I definitely suggest checking it out!
