Awaken for Wellness is an oasis of relaxation and wellness in a quaint corner of St. Paul. So many options, great package pricing and informative, knowledgeable staff. I had a great experience floating for the first time, and look forward to doing it again, as well as working my way through their vast menu of services!

I had never heard of float therapy when it was recommended to me. I randomly chose Awaken for Wellness and am so glad I did. The staff was amazing and explained the process prior to entering the room. I was nervous but that quickly subsided. The location, environment, staff and experience far exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to come back!
