Great location although you might easily drive pass without noticing it as it is a stand alone low rise building. I have tried many Health & Wellness places over the years, I finally found Awaken for Wellness to be my landing space for massage. I have been visiting 2-3 times a month for a 90 minutes for the past one year. The experience has always been wonderful. If you are looking for deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Lisa and Amy. You need to book early though, as their schedule fills up quickly. Both Lisa and Amy has deep understanding of deep tissue massage and the techniques is measure up to my expectations.My experiences with both of them is a thumbs up of 10. The customer service staff are most pleasant and always helpful. The place is kept clean and comfortable. I have recently tried the infrared sauna, it was a relaxing and the heat is not intimidating. If you are looking for a intimate Wellness place where the staff cares to know you and genuinely works with you on your needs, I recommend Awaken for Wellness. Esther

Luke was so friendly and accomadating for my first visit and sauna session! It was so relaxing and I feel like my skin was clearer and my body felt relief just after one session. They have really nice, calm music playing in the sauna, and you can turn the temperature, and music, to whatever you would like! They even had all natural, homemade, makeup removing wipes!! I would suggest for anyone to try out Awaken for Wellness. I will most definitely be back!

Every time I get a massage I have seen Rachel. She is personable, professional, and wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable about how to keep the body healthy and makes every visit comfortable. I do not want anyone else. She has healing hands that you can feel better instantly. The atmosphere at Awaken is pleasant, calm, and inviting. Would definitely recommend this place.

I have never experienced a float pod before and Awaken for Wellness was the best place to go to! It was such a calming environment and I can't wait to go back when I need another 'me' day.
