Love the studio location, ample parking, inside the temperature is comfortable. The vibe is chill. I really enjoy Elise's classes. They're gentle but not so gentle I don't feel as though I could have done it on my own at home. I really appreciate the cause. Self care living with cancer. Such a wonderful group, all are welcoming and enthusiastic.
