I would like the front desk to remind yogis to center their mats on their numbers and then instructors to check mats are correctly placed. I’ve had to ask several times for fellow yogis to please move over to respect social distancing. Although they do, I can sense it’s irritating coming from me. One class, a student had her mat on the corner of her number so she was far too close to me. I asked very politely, for her to center her mat. She did but was gruffy about it and then a minute or two later, got up and left the room before class started. I know this is on her as I dud nothing wrong but students shouldn’t be put in that position. We should all be respecting social distancing to keep the studio open but I think we all need to be reminded. Thanks!
